Maintaining your security cameras is extremely important.
It never ceases to amaze me, how many times we get calls from clients when their in a panic because they just had an incident and the need to see the recorded video footage from their surveillance system only to find out, they didn't check up on it (Maintain it) on a regular basis to ensure it's working properly and all the sudden, they find they have no recorded video, or they have the video but its too blurry to see anything because they didn't keep the cameras cleaned (Maintained) on a regular schedule.
If you don't believe in paying a company to maintain your system and check up on it on a regular basis, then please, at the very least, assign this task to someone in your home or organization. It is important. What good is a surveillance system if it can't preform it's basic functions because you failed to keep it maintained.
If you're one of our existing client's then you already know how to take care of your system because it's a big part of our training program. However, If you or your organization doesn't have the staff or time to keep up with the system, then we will be glad to schedule a regular visit to your property to ensure everything is operating properly. This isn't a maintenance contract, it's just a regularly scheduled visit. No contract involved.
We do offer services contracts, which include much more than is discussed here, but these contracts are generally for our larger clients or companies that want a fixed cost on the cost of their security equipment, over time, as in, the contract covers replacing all failing equipment while the contract is in effect, at no additional cost over the monthly contract agreement.
